160 Countries Have Banned Ractopamine in Their Food, Why Not the US?
Even mainland China has banned
ractopamine in their meat, along with many countries in Europe.
While the US still continues not to test for this in our meat, it has had adverse affects in animal research, such as reduction is reproductive function, birth defects, mastitis in dairy herds, and increased disability and death.
Along with that, in cattle and pigs the FDA reported that it leads to excessive hunger, anorexia, bloating, stiffness, stress, aggression, etc.
As of right now it is known to affect the human cardiovascular system, thought to be responsible for hyperactivity.
I wonder how else it is affecting humans...
